Probably the librrd.so is not in your LIBPATH or LD_LIBRARY_PATH location? Make sure \
it is in a referenced location, or your /etc/ld.so.conf includes its location, and \
this might help.

Subject: [rrd-users] Shared object file error

When running rrdtool I get "error while loading shared libraries:
librrd.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".

I don't understand why that is. I see that
../lib/librrd.so.4->librrd.so.4.1.4 does exists.
