hi

I'm learning RRDtool which I intended to use for Holt Winters
Forecasting in time series.
I made a first approach of a RRD for this purpose but when I
explicitly inject aberrant values I can't make it detect any failures.

rrdtool create monitor.rrd --step 300 DS:SELECTS:GAUGE:1800:0:U
RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:6:18960 RRA:HWPREDICT:1440:0.1:0.0035:20

Shouldn't this tool detect the seasonal patterns and forecast according?
What am I missing?
