Hi!

I've put the second version of my index.cgi (now 14all.cgi) and a modified
version of the mrtg patch on my web page:

          http://www.uni-ulm.de/~rbawidam/mrtg-rrd/

- I've added some mrtg.cfg options to the CGI
- the mrtg patch now includes a 'switch' to enable the usage of rrdtool:
  UseRRDTool: Yes
