announcements to the entire community.

You're screenshot shows that you are using Zesty (Ubuntu 17.04) and not Xenial \
16.04.3. Kinetic doesnt support any ubuntu distribution after 16.04 so it is expected \
that you cannot install it on Zesty, only Lunar provides binaries for Ubuntu Zesty. \

platforms are supported for each ROS distributions
