As you like to compare with other projects, they also tend to use mailing
lists much. And, besides, we already have forums at reactos.com/forum, plus
a special forum for developers discussion (only devs can write there).
So it's your choice to choose where to read/write. Certainly historically
mailing lists contain more data...
