If this is indeed true, can it be requested by an official?
Such requests need the backing of one of the core guys.

We are gathering screenshots of ReactOS 0.3.9 in action. Best 
screenshots will make their way into Screenshots section on the website, 
which needs an update badly. Especially since it's the 2nd most viewed 
page by our guests, and you know how important is the first impression.
