On desktop selecting NEW --> NEW LINK
and selecting another LINK on create-shortcut window

for example Link to Link-to-Command-Prompt (desktop standard shortcut)

all icons desappears.. and on reboot.. desktop visualization of icons hangs on
this LINK.
