Custom Debuggin

As of r39242.

A bug has cropped up since r38828, that now causes a crash in msiexec which
stops installation.

Once past this the cc fails with the error
(ntoskrnl/cc/fs.c:185) Anyone has referenced a cache segment behind the new
size.

Think this occurs because Open Office is trying to overwrite 
fonts that are loaded in memory. All fonts are loaded in memory at desktop
startup by subsytems/win32/win32k/objects/freetype.c: IntGdiAddFontResource
