Ok, Rockbox boot, start to play music and cut off the power just after 
with the message low power...

Is it possible to wait for 10 or 15 seconds when rockbox is just started ?

Because battery voltage is not really stable at that moment (capacity is 
not yet well calculated)... AFAIK, that may help to bring it up and 
running with a cold battery !
