You can use Webmin 

https://host:10000/quota/list_users.cgi?dir=%2Fserver%2Ftrab&can=1
      Filesystem Quotas   

--------------------------------------------------------------------
            Too many users have quotas on /server/trab to display on one page
                                

--------------------------------------------------------------------
            Webmin can be configured to automatically set the quotas on this \
filesystem when a new Unix user is created. This will only work when the Users and \
Groups Webmin module is used to add users.   New User Quotas 
                        Soft Block Limit   Unlimited   
                        Hard Block Limit   Unlimited   
                 Soft File Limit   Unlimited   
                        Hard File Limit   Unlimited
