This is NOT a question for the development list.

However, it's easy.  Mount the winwoes partition as vfat with a post-2.0.34
kernel and you'll be able to read/write to it using what valid filenames
you like.

The subject line mentions "cdr"... if you are asking about an iso image on
a CDROM, then use the latest version of mkisofs to create the iso image,
and use RockRidge extentions if you need to preserve a unix filesystem on
it, and Joliet extentions to allow a windong box to see the long filenames.

Please, redhat-list is the real place for this question... it's is nothing
but noise is this list, and it has started to get too noisy here lately
with off-topic questions.  (BTW, this is not meant to be any sort of
personal attack).
