	Greetings,

	I have downloaded rpm-2.4.7-1.i386.rpm (so that I can build
a .noarch version of man-pages-1.17). The package has no PGP signature.
Shouldn't RPM distributions at ftp.rpm.org be PGP-signed?

PS.: I have uploaded man-pages-1.17-1.i386.rpm and src.rpm to ftp.redhat.com,
	it should be moved to contrib soon.
