I think it would be a *great* idea to make a /var/log/samba directory
and tell Samba to dump those hundreds of log files into that subdirectory!

All it takes is changing one line in the default smb.conf and
modifying the /etc/logrotate.d/samba file a little...

Anybody else think this should be the default configuration??
