Why ...write to {standard output}: No space... ? You seem to run out of space
on your stdout. Huh?
Wild guessing:
* Are you able to trace what is the command that causes these 'sed' errors?
* Have you other partitions but '/' ?
* What the 'df' command says ?
* What is the size of the 'vmlinuz' file ?
* What filesystem is created by the 'mke2fs' command? Where is it mounted?
Maybe you will find some clues.
