The rdesktop home page lists two companies providing Professional 
Services:

  * Cendio AB (www.cendio.com)
  * Cranberry UK (www.cranberrynet.com)

Depending on which kind of support you are looking for, these might be 
able to help you. Cendio, which I'm representing, is mainly offering 
custom development at this point. (Full support is provided when our 
rdesktop package is used in a ThinLinc environment, though.)
