Works for me too.
I could use 'back'-button with no problems, but recursiv deleting of
directories still does not work (minor problem for me).

Thanks for this patch!
is there any reason why this patch is not in trunk?

This works like a charm.
Only in windows 2008 you still cannot use back button, although now you're
able to browse and open files.
