I decided not to use this buggy, stupid signature engine anymore. But it
turns out that it's harder to leave out a razor engine than I thought.

The documentation for razor-agent.conf says that use_engines should be a
list of which engines to use, but with some irritation I find that
Config.pm now ignores use_engines (not documented).

I had to change the list in default_agent_conf in that file from "4, 8"
to "4, 4" (just changing it to 4 caused a string-vs.-array error, since
[I assume] things are only counted as arrays if they've got a comma in
them). That did the trick, though; no more false positives from e8.
