One confusing aspect of the texpict documentation (the "doc.txt" file)
is that it's together with "mrpict" documentation, and some parts apply
to only one or the other. The difference should be well marked, but
there's still plenty of room for confusion.

I think texpict is probably not what you want, though. texpict is for
making certain kinds of pictures in LaTeX documents, but using a nicer
language than TeX. I think you want to use the language of TeX and get
a picture out.
