CICS segment in RACF, from a LU userid CICS command:

CICS INFORMATION,
----------------,
 OPIDENT=    ,
 OPPRTY= 00000,
 TIMEOUT= 00:20 (HH:MM)

The TIMEOUT= is your time out value. But if you have any conversational CICS \
transactions, while those are active on a user terminal/session, the user is not \
"idle" and will not time out. You have to have a related RTIMOUT specified on the \
conversational transaction to force the transaction to end after the RTIMOUT value, \
then the RACF/CICS segment TIMEOUT time starts.
