Greetings all,

The results of our survey have been posted to our website. Go to the "RACF
Center" webpage, click on "RSH RACF Surveys", and then click on the survey
link itself. Many thanks to the 33 individuals who participated.

One of the respondents asked for an explanation of UNIVERSAL groups. A group
profle has a size limit and can only hold about 6,000 user connections. If a
group is expected to have more user connects than this, it can be defined as
a UNIVERSAL group. This can only be done at the time the group is created
with the ADDGROUP command. With a UNIVERSAL group, ordinary user connections
with AUTHORITY(USE) are not recorded in the group profile. Therefore, such a
group can have an unlimited number of such connections.
