One option would be to temporarily put PROTECTALL in WARN mode. This would, however, \
make such datasets accessible to everyone.

Another thought - if these are datasets for departed users, is it still necessary to \
retain them? Perhaps they should be deleted instead of migrated.

We are converting our tape library using Rocket Software's TAPECOPY.
We have a lot of old data sets on tape that the user ID has been deleted so there is \
no profile left. We are getting ICH408I resource not protected messages and 913-38 \
abends.

Does anyone have an idea, short of adding groups for each orphaned HLQ?
