My shop has had it since before I came to work here in 2005, but did not
really use it until we brought in Simon Dodge as a consultant for
training and assistance.
Now, it is our primary tool for RACF administration and reporting.

I've been working with it since April of 2012. I can get around in it
pretty well, but wanted to find some other people in the RACF discussion
group that use it.
If you're interested, I found a really good training site for CARLA
reporting.

My current client does. I've never used it before I started with them
in
November, but since then I've fooled with it a bit, and managed to
scrounge
up a slightly out-of-date manual. I gather the admins use it quite a
bit.
