If you can get a listing of the VSAM cluster names (only the clusters, not
data or index or other components), then you can issue
  LISTDSD DA('cluster name') AUTH
for each of them, or if that doesn't provide any info try
  LISTDSD DA('cluster name') GENERIC AUTH

You could use the ISMF panels in ISPF to generate a list of VSAM clusters
(scroll down in the data set listing panel to get to the place where you
can specify entry type EQ CLUSTER), and then save the list and process it
with a program (REXX exec or CLIST) to issue the LISTDSD commands.

Other methods probably exist, too.
