I had fixed it the same day (one of the build scripts was inadvertently trying to do \
too many things at once), but the post got stuck in my mailer.

I have now marked R.app as not relocatable which *should* make the Installer less \
zealous in finding the wrong R.app binary. This means that once you move R.app it \
won't be upgraded, but you can at least rely on the fact that /Applications/R.app \
will be the location of the R.app after you installed it.
