I am building all Mac gfortran binaries. The detailed instructions are on the same \
page where you got the fortran from: http://r.research.att.com/tools/

The Xcode builds are using Apple's Xcode sources + libfortran + gcc/fortran from \
gcc-4.2.4 sources + diff is on the tools page. The build is done the same way Apple \
Xcode is compiled.

The alternative GNU build is done from the GNU release sources and is described on \
the page as well.
