Hi Gianni,

The Writing R Packages manual has some information, as does this document
about the Rd parser:
developer.r-project.org/parseRd.pdf

In your specific case, try this:

mysample: \cr
sample1 \cr
sample2 \cr
sample3 \cr
sample4 \cr
sample5 \cr
