Hi ALL,

I try to use gstat to do spatial analyse. But I have difficulty to
obtain the R2 for the fitted model of semivariance.

Here I used R2 = 1 -
attributes(model)$SSErr/sum((variogram$gamma-mean(variogram$gamma))^2),
but the R2 is always close to 1.0.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yong Li
