Dear R Sig Finance friends,

My name is Matt, and I'm a part of Plotly <http://plot.ly>. We're an online
graphing and analytics project.

We've recently set up a way for folks to collaboratively write plots from
different languages onto the same plot. You can do that with our R API,
ggplot2, Python, matplotlib, MATLAB, and even by uploading Excel data. It's
all collaborative, online, and does version control for your data and
plots. Here is an example, in an IPython Notebook:

nbviewer.ipython.org/gist/msund/61cdbd5b22c103fffb84

We've recently had a lot of finance-inclined users, so we thought we'd
reach out to this group. We'd love to get your input, tips, feedback, and
advice. As the project is quite new, we get a lot of benefit from feedback.
If you have questions, suggestions, need Plotly on your own servers, or
would like to contribute on GitHub, we'd love to talk!

M
