don't think it was, once again i wiped all the fedora appvms and removed the \
fedora-23 template. made a debian sys-net and sys-firewall. reinstalled the \
fedora-23 template and updated it, and now its showing the march 7 files in \
/var/lib/qubes... before that it only had the feb 11 updates. all the other vms \
updated today though, only fedora didn't.

I believe my dom0 is up to date too according to yum history?

qubes-core-dom0/doc-3.1.14-1
qubes-core-dom0-linux 3.1.8-1
qubes-core-dom0-linux-kernel-install 3.1.9-1
qubes-gpg-split-dom0-2.0.18-1

Is there a way to check dom0?

only template + appvms i haven't got paranoid and wiped yet is the debian one, lol, \
and ironically thats what i use for all my non sys appvms since fedoras firefox is \
bugged. But the fedora-23 template i've wiped a bunch of times and both whonix \
templates once. But then again I also installed fresh for the last rc update cause I \
didn't want to wait and figured it might be best anyways cause of some anomalies that \
were making me paranoid so i wiped all of qubes. Maybe I should do that again lol. \
I think my dom0 and debian is ok, i hope.

But I have no idea why the fedora wasn't updating. I suspected something weird a \
week or two ago when i was often seeing the update icon and going to update but it \
would say nothing to do. But since then i have received some updates so i did not \
worry about it. But today i knew there was the new qubes update available on my \
mirrors but it was just not updating anything. and I did not see the march 7th \
files like I did in the whonix and debian templates. So I immediately wiped all the \
fedoras and re-installed them and now i'm seeing the march 7th files.
