At the moment I can't think of something specific (But I'm not sure if
I'm forgetting something obvious).

That being said there has been a lot of changes. For when example
backporting the suspend fix from staging I first run into a compile
error [1] because of changes to the alternatives macros (easy to spot
and fix) and then into a OOB read [2] since details of the cpuinfo_x86
struct handling changed (not that easy to find). So you probably will
run into some problems due to changes.

OTOH, looking at our patches we can drop a lot of them since they are
already included in 4.11: backports section, pvh backports, security
fixes, gcc fixes, python3 fixes.
