Instead of trying to hide/remove that message, why not just preface it
with our own message? For example:

    Starting qubes-dom0-update...
    (Note: dnf will complain that the yum command has been deprecated.
    This message is safe to ignore.)

After all, it's just temporary until dom0 gets upgraded, and it
doesn't interfere with the functionality of upgrading.
