Quanta understands its own "grammar", the description.rc file and=20
the .tag files. In case somebody writes a code which converts the=20
RelaxNG description into Quanta's own description, it will be no=20
problem to directly import and work with RelaxNG files.
The DTD->DTEP conversion is done with libxml2. Does such library exists=20
for RelaxNG (which can read the RelaxNG descriptions and store=20
internally in some data structure)?=20
As I see Trang is a converter, not a RelaxNG library.
