Remember if you only emerge Quanta you may have issues with Kommander support 
in Quanta. if you already have Kommander you will have the basic dialogs it 
provides. In 3.5 there is not much change. In future versions additional 
support in Kommander will likely be required. We will shortly be introducing 
database support in Quanta using Kommander and other features will require 
it. Generally the other modules get less attention so most of the cost is the 
initial build.
