No, I was experiencing a more general problem of loading any general
toolbar using any dtd. I wasn't messing with kdex DTD toolbars.

OK, I can document this solution in the doc primer. I agree that even if
you think about another solution in the future, a "dynamic" main toolbar
may not be the way to go. But I felt it would be important to speak
about this problem here.
