Hi,

 Quanta crashes when the IMG dialog is executed and Smart Tag Insertion 
is enabled. The crash is in kafkacommon.cpp, line 1474:
    parentNode = endNode->parent;

endNode is NULL.

As I have no idea what happens there, please take a look. The crash is 
most probably present in 3.4 as well.

And not only: Smart Tag Insertion in source view in an empty document 
causes crashes for many tags...
