I have set up ssh with a passwordless key on a site and when I try to 
upload...
1) Quanta won't honor the key
2) when I enter the password in the default upload profile I get lots of 
errors
3) on the final error it says it does not appear to be available and offers me 
to "delete" or "cancel" - this is a really bad dialog message
