I used Quanta for many years and then moved over to Netbeans when Eric stopped the support :-(. I've tried the various Eclipse versions but in the end went for Netbeans and have been happily using it since. Project management, (s)FTP colour highlighting and the way the interface can be manipulated are just how I want to work. Sure Eclipse can do most/all that as well but in the end I found Netbeans cleaner and faster than Eclipse and the PHP/Smarty/XSL/HTML5/CSS3/Subversion integration all work for me! Hi all,

I second the use of Netbeans.

Would recommend!
