Depending on your needs you can consider KDevelop as a replacement for Quanta.
Especially if you do Php development.
KDevelop4 uses the php plugin Quanta4 would use and it's much more advanced than
the Quanta3 php support ever was.

And there also is Alpha Quality CSS Language support (it actually
works and gives code
completion) and Alpha HTML/XML Language support (very powerful and complex, with
rough edges and crashes)
