Softpedia.com is a well know page, at least here in Romania, as it is=20
Romanian based. I use their forums daily. Maybe somebody did an email=20
address harvesting using/faking softpedia? I never ever was asked for an=20
email from them when downloading software from their site.

Anyway, I did a google search and see that they messed up something.=20
They offer kdewebdev 4.4.0 for download,  but that DOES NOT contain=20
Quanta.
