Cervisia is installed. I can run it from the KDE menu just fine.

But Quanta says
"The CVS Management (Cervisia) plugin could not be loaded.
Possible reasons are:
- CVS Management (Cervisia) is not installed;
- the file kde3/libcervisiapart.la is not installed or it is not reachable."
