I would probably do it to an external file and only refer to it in the 
original. If you open a file you can cut and paste what you see in the 
spreadsheet into that external file. 

Not that you could not do that in Quanta, but you have to manually add the 
formatting. 

Of course I could be missing something you have not told us.
