hello. i wish to join the #quanta IRC channel-- i see that a
registration is required. (believe it or not, i've never used IRC
before, so please keep that in mind if you reply, thanks ;)

the info provided at IRC is:

registration services that should be found in the MOTD (/motd to

MOTD appeard to have only "general" info-- i didn't see anything about
reg. services.
