Hello,

I defined an action, which outputs the current document to a script. 
Every umlaut (ä [as ä in the doc] ...) in the document "cuts" one 
character from the end of the document. Is one Umlaut in the document, 
the output to the script results in a stream ending with "</html" 
instead of "</html>" (without right bracket). Two umlauts resulting 
in "</htm" and so on. The charset related project settings and the two 
editor settings are using the charset "iso-8859-1". Changing them to 
UTF-8 did not solve this problem. 

Environment:
G_FILENAME_ENCODING=@locale,UTF-8,ISO-8859-15,CP1252
LANG=de_DE.UTF-8
