Two solutions:
1) if you want it to be loaded everytime you open an HTML file (or=20
whatever DTEP), modify the=20
$KDEDIR/share/apps/quanta/dtep/html-strict/description.rc so your new=20
toolbar is listed under [Toolbars]. Of course you have to save into the=20
place where the "Location" entry points (in case of html=20
$KDEDIR/share/apps/quanta/toolbars/html).

2) In case you use a project save a project view while the toolbar is=20
loaded and set that project view as the default view for your project.=20
The toolbar will be loaded automatically when you load the project.
