Hi, I submitted an update to /usr/share/apps/quanta/chars:

Debian bug 342705

  http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124628

which I've separately filed as KDE bug 130513 dated 2006-07-09.

This bug is listed as "UNCONFIRMED".

All it involves is adding the following to /usr/share/apps/quanta/chars 
(a diff appears in the KDE bug 130513 report):

 > č (&#269;) Small c, caron
 > ď (&#271;) Small d, caron
 > ě (&#283;) Small e, caron
 > ň (&#328;) Small n, caron
 > ř (&#345;) Small r, caron

 > š (&#353;) Small s, caron

 > ť (&#357;) Small t, caron
 > ů (&#367;) Small u, ring above
 > ž (&#382;) Small z, caron

Is there any reason why such a bug report should take a long time to 
process?
