This is funny. For the longest time the doc directory was not automatically 
create in the quanta directory in home. This caused install attempts to fail 
so I had to work around this in a Kommander installer by checking for and 
creating the directory. So Andras might talk to Andras if it's still not 
created on install. ;-)

Also our previous install options were either local to global, which means it 
could also install in $KDEDIR/share/apps/quanta/doc. A user install should 
probably default to local.
