You will need to have the Gubed serverscripts directory in your webroot 
somewhere. For quanta 3.5, please try this package:

http://x.mccabe.nu/public/Gubed/0.3.0/Gubed0.3.0Quanta3_5.tar.gz

iirc there are some tutorials linked from the gubed website
