Hi Korky,
I really don't like it when people respond off list to a topic on list, unless 
it is something personal like a sponsorship discussion. That's why I have a 
list, so people can discuss and receive the benefit of that discussion... and 
so I don't have to repeat myself to hundreds of our users who would email.

The program you're referencing is a Qt program, but not a KDE program. 
Therefore it inherently could not be loaded as a part without a wrapper. It 
is also a program with a commercial license, and while I have nothing against 
that and it does not preclude loading it as a part, I can't promote it as a 
general solution on the list, nor could I distribute it. 

KParts must be created by accessing the KDE guidelines for coding one, or by 
creating a wrapper for an X program. In any event the reviews on 
http://kde-apps.org/ are very poor for this application and it would be 
easier to enable KPart creation by Kommander and open a project to community 
development.
