This goes beyond the basic functionality and takes screen space. I personally 
find larger flyover and popups annoying. However there are ways to address 
this...

1) In the DTEP tag files it's possible to enter XML for tag dialogs which can 
manage options.

2) Using Kommander it's also possible to create custom dialogs with help to 
manage individual or groups of functions. 

It's more work for these things, but they can be publicly shared with 
KNewStuff so a few people could get a lot done.
