Do you open your files spesified encoding? there should be option at top
right on the open dialog. Also you can specify projects default encoding.

if it is font problem (but i dont think so) you can change it from
setting->configure editor->fonts and colors. I'm using (unfortunatelly)
iso-8859-9, luxi sans, and can see ö, ç, þ, ý :)

did i mentioned how i love Quanta+
